About me

My path to this work is unconventional. For nearly a decade, I taught rhetoric, research, writing, and media studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro — work that trained me to ask a question that turns out to be just as important in commercial real estate as in the classroom: What does it take for the right knowledge to reach the right person at the right moment?

That question led me to CBRE's Data Center Solutions Group, where I began supporting one of the firm's senior executives and quickly realized the challenge wasn't bandwidth — it was systems. I set about designing and implementing them.

Today, I serve as an independent consultant to CBRE's national data center practice, helping a specialized team navigate one of the most technically complex and fast-moving segments in commercial real estate. My work spans the full operational stack: digital infrastructure intelligence and site prospecting, GIS and utility analytics, CRM and pipeline management, valuation and underwriting workflows, due diligence and contract platforms, and AI-powered automation. I build the connective tissue between tools, people, and deal flow.

Where others see software procurement, I see a knowledge architecture problem — one that requires understanding not just which platforms a team uses, but how each person thinks, what slows them down, and where critical intelligence gets lost between handoffs. I apply that understanding to build custom AI agents and integrated workflows that make teams measurably faster and sharper.

My belief: in the AI era, the organizations that win won't simply be the ones with the best data — they'll be the ones whose systems are built to make their best people's natural instincts feel unstoppable.
